Partner programme

Partner with us on EU company setups in Bulgaria

We help businesses from China, Türkiye, Korea and India set up their EU company in Bulgaria. We handle the coordination and the paperwork — licensed work goes to independent professionals we trust. If you are one of them, or if your clients abroad need an EU base, we should talk.

Who we work with

Two kinds of partner, one standard

You do the licensed work

Our clients need professionals who can sign, certify and file. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not keep the books after the first year. We bring those clients to you.

We work with:

  • Law firms and lawyers — company structures, contracts, disputes
  • Accountants and bookkeeping firms — monthly accounting, payroll, annual statements
  • Notaries — certifications and powers of attorney
  • Sworn translators — Chinese, Turkish, Korean and Hindi into Bulgarian
  • Property agents — industrial, warehouse and office space in central Bulgaria
  • Customs brokers and logistics firms — import, customs warehousing, fulfilment
  • Recruitment and HR firms — local hiring and payroll setup

You know the client

Your clients trust you with their business at home. When they need a company in the EU, you need a counterpart in Europe who will look after them properly and keep you informed.

We work with:

  • Trade and export consultants
  • Sourcing and procurement agents
  • Accounting and tax firms in China, Türkiye, Korea and India
  • E-commerce agencies and marketplace service providers
  • Chambers of commerce and business associations

What you get

Clear work, clear terms

For delivery partners

  • Clients who are ready. By the time a client reaches you, we have explained the process, collected the documents and checked them. You don't spend hours on a first call explaining Bulgarian basics.
  • Translation handled. Formation documents go through accredited sworn translators whenever the client needs them in another language. You are briefed in English or Bulgarian either way.
  • No competition for your work. We do not offer legal advice or long-term accounting. The client stays your client for the work you do.
  • Written scope before you start. You agree your fee with the client directly, and we tell the client in advance what it is likely to be.

For introducing partners

  • Your client stays your client. We handle the EU side only. We do not approach your client for work you do in their home country.
  • Updates at each stage. With the client's permission, you receive a short status update at each milestone: registration, bank account, VAT number.
  • One contact person. The same person handles the file from first call to completed registration.
  • A referral fee agreed in writing. Terms are set in a short written agreement before the first introduction.

How it works

From application to first client

We keep the network small, so we can vouch for every partner we recommend.

  1. 1 You Apply Send the form below. Tell us what you do, where you work and which languages you speak.
  2. 2 Us Introductory call A thirty-minute video call. We explain how we work, you explain how you work, and we check that the fit is right on both sides.
  3. 3 Both Written agreement A short agreement covering scope, response times, confidentiality, data protection and any referral fee. Nothing starts before it is signed.
  4. 4 Us First introduction When a client needs your service, or when you send us a client, we make a direct introduction by email with all three parties copied.

Our standards

What we ask of every partner

Our clients are often making their first investment in Europe. Their trust in us depends on the people we introduce, so we ask every partner for the same things.

  • Licensed and registered. Where your profession requires a licence or registration, you hold it and can show it.
  • Fees in writing, in advance. The client knows the price before the work begins.
  • A reply within two working days. Even if the answer is "we need more time".
  • Anti-money-laundering checks done properly. You follow the customer due diligence rules that apply to your profession.
  • Confidentiality and data protection. Client documents are handled under the GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement where the law requires one.
  • No work with sanctioned parties. We decline enquiries from persons or jurisdictions under EU or UN sanctions, and so do our partners.

Fees

How fees work

Joining the partner network is free. There is no membership fee and no listing fee.

Delivery partners set their own prices and invoice the client directly. We do not add a margin on top of your invoice — any referral fee comes out of an agreed rate, not stacked on top of it.

Where a referral fee applies — in either direction — we agree it in writing before the first introduction, and the client is told that it exists. We think that is the only honest way to run a referral network, and it protects your reputation as well as ours.

Questions

Questions from partners

Do you compete with law firms or accountants?

No. We coordinate company setup, bank account opening and VAT registration. We do not give legal advice or keep the accounts long term. That work goes to our partners.

Is the partnership exclusive?

No. You can work with other firms, and we can work with more than one firm in the same field. In practice, we introduce clients to the partner whose location, languages and prices fit that client best.

Which languages do you work in?

We work with clients and partners in English or Bulgarian. Where a client needs documents in another language, that goes through an accredited sworn translator — a service we coordinate, not something we do ourselves.

How many clients will you send me?

We can't promise a number, and we won't. We introduce clients when their needs match your service. We would rather tell you that plainly than oversell the programme.

Can I be both a delivery partner and an introducing partner?

Yes. Many accountants and lawyers both serve clients and send us clients. The written agreement covers both directions.

I am outside Bulgaria and the four markets. Can I still apply?

Yes, if your clients are businesses that need an EU company. Tell us about them in the form.
