Fixed-fee quotes. No hidden costs.

Every engagement is quoted individually after a short call, in writing, before any work begins — that's what actually determines the fee, not a published price list. Government, notary and translation fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately — we do not mark them up.

Setup packages

One-time fees, paid in two instalments

Half on engagement, half on delivery of your document pack. Individual services can also be bought separately if a package does not fit.

Ongoing services

After setup, if you want us to stay

Optional and cancellable. Many clients run their own operations after the first quarter — the retainer exists for those who would rather not.

Monthly

Ongoing EU Operations Manager

Your representative on the ground — from light oversight and correspondence up to effectively a part-time local manager, depending on how much you want to run through us.

  • Government and municipal correspondence handled
  • Accountant and lawyer coordination
  • Supplier, landlord and utility liaison
  • Monthly written status report in English or Bulgarian
  • Site visits and physical document handling
  • Compliance deadline monitoring

Quoted after a scoping conversation. One month's notice to cancel, no minimum term.

Annual

EU Authorised Representative

Several EU regulations require a responsible party established inside the union — product safety, EPR, batteries, GPSR, and the data protection representative role. Scope depends on how many regimes apply to your products.

  • Named representative on your product documentation
  • Technical file held and made available to authorities
  • Market surveillance correspondence handled
  • EPR and packaging registration maintained
  • Regulatory change alerts for your categories

Independent of the setup packages — available whether or not we registered your company.

Also monthly Accounting & payroll, quoted on volume

Billed directly by the Bulgarian accounting practice, not through us — so you see their fee, not a marked-up version of it. Scales with transaction volume and headcount.

Pricing questions

About the money

Anything not covered here, ask on the discovery call — there is no charge for it.

Are there government fees on top?

Yes, and they are listed in full above. State registration, notary and certified translation fees for a standard EOOD typically total €150–250. We pass them through at cost with receipts, and they appear as separate line items on your quote before you commit to anything. There is no markup and no handling charge on them.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, and many clients do. Start with Essentials to get the entity registered, then add space search, permits or liaison when you actually need them. You are quoted for the difference, not for the higher tier from scratch — upgrading later does not cost more than starting there would have.

Do you offer payment plans?

Every package is split 50/50 as standard: half on engagement, half on delivery of your document pack. For the Complete package we can split it into three instalments across the quarter. We do not charge interest and we do not use a finance provider — it is simply an invoicing arrangement.

What currency do you invoice in?

Euro. Bulgaria joined the eurozone in January 2026, so there is no lev conversion to worry about. We accept SEPA transfer and international wire; for Chinese clients we can also arrange payment through channels that avoid the usual correspondent-bank friction — ask on the call.

What if the registration fails?

Registrations are refused occasionally — usually a name conflict or a document defect. We re-file at no additional fee to you; only the state fee is payable again. If the refusal is because something in your circumstances makes registration impossible, we refund the second instalment.

Can I buy a single service instead of a package?

Yes. If you already have a Bulgarian entity and need only VAT registration, a nominee director or the Authorised Representative role, those are quoted individually. Packages exist because most first-time entrants need the same combination — not because we insist on bundling.
